November 2015– Bruce took part in a TEDxTalk at the College of Wooster. The event’s theme was “green light” and speakers were free to interpret the topic as wished.
October 2015– Panel moderator Bruce Hendrick, president and CEO of RBB Systems, told students at the opening session at Shisler Center that the manufacturing companies from the outside look like “big, nondescript buildings (where) you can’t tell what’s happening inside.”

They are often thrust into that role and asked to lead by faith. Northside Baptist Church is hoping to develop the skills and abilities of those in positions of leadership within the church through the upcoming series. Led by Northside Baptist Church director of ministries Bruce Hendrick, the seven-part Leadership Development Series, which begins Oct. 1, will provide valuable insight into leadership in the church and the community.

RBB was selected because of its transformation from a contract manufacturing “one-stop-shop” to a highly laser-focused niche business that satisfied a specific market need.
October 2013 – Bruce Hendrick, CEO of RBB Systems and Building Trust, LLC, wears many hats. Literally. He is generally a recognizable figure. He’s the guy in the hat. Hendrick first put on a hat because he liked the way he looked in it. Apparently, he wasn’t alone.
RBB Receives 2013 Leading EDGE Award for Value Creation in Northeast Ohio
May 2013 – RBB was among an elite group of 101 Northeast Ohio mid-sized companies to be recognized at The 2013 Leading EDGE Awards on May 23 at Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio. In its seventh year, this prestigious award was developed by The Entrepreneurs EDGE to recognize value-creating, mid-sized companies in the region.
February 2013 – “Bruce Hendrick stepped in and saved RBB Systems.” Awarded the Smart Business Evolution of Manufacturing Award, Bruce Hendrick committed RBB to transform itself from a contract manufacturing “one-stop shop” into a laser-focused offering that satisfied a very specific market need.
April 2012 – Bruce Hendrick shares insights regarding experiences with the University of Akron Wayne College. Building Trust has trained many staff members at the College and Bruce also serves on the College’s Community Advisory Board.
April 2011 – Bruce Hendrick was featured on the “Into the Future” portion of PBS’ NEOtropolis weekly program. Bruce explained about RBB’s innovative approach to small batch electronic assembly work and small business optimization.
Bruce Hendrick Honored to be in Attendance of President Obama
February 2011 – On Tuesday, February 22, President Barack Obama and members of his cabinet traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, where the White House will convene a Winning the Future Forum on Small Business in association with Cleveland State University and northeast Ohio economic development organizations JumpStart and NorTech. In his State of the Union address, President Obama spoke of the need to out-innovate, out-educate, and out-build our competitors in order to sustain our leadership and secure prosperity for all Americans. The Forum will be an opportunity for the President and his economic team to hear directly from small business owners and leaders about their ideas for how America can continue to grow the economy, put Americans back to work, and win the future.
