Bruce Hendrick’s career has spanned software development, manufacturing in three industries, and professional training and coaching. A resident of Doylestown, OH, Bruce serves on several boards of community and private organizations. Bruce has a BS in computer engineering from The Ohio State University. He has three grown children.

Bruce has spent the past 21 years at RBB in Wooster, where he is CEO and Owner. RBB builds mission-critical electronic assemblies and was the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 Business of the Year.

Bruce is recognized in Smart Business Cleveland Magazine’s “Smart 50 in NEO” as a top executive in the region for his ability to effectively build and lead successful organizations.

Along the way, Bruce developed powerful trust-building and leadership insight, which he used to launch Building Trust, LLC, in 2008. He trains, coaches, and speaks nationally on these subjects, strengthening business relationships and getting more done with less stress. He has taught and consulted with thousands of people.

The author of On My Own, Recollections of an Unlikely CEO, Bruce grew up facing significant mental illness in his family. He spent his life learning to cope with and then to overcome these challenges. His book is an honest and often humorous retelling of the boyhood adventures that led to the resiliency and resourcefulness that prepared him to lead others.

His latest book, The Building Trust 60-Day Workout, is a how-to guide for building trust one day at a time at work and home through small yet profound changes.

Audiences enjoy Bruce’s down-to-earth style, as he weaves practical takeaways into every event.

 Jennifer WehryOffice Manager

Jennifer Wehry joined Building Trust as Office Manager in 2022.  She previously worked as a designer, typesetter, and picture framer, and then she went back to college at age 40 and became a social worker. Her most rewarding, and demanding, job was as a hospice social worker. She was honored to be allowed to be part of a very special, very sacred part of her patients’ lives, and the hospice philosophy is still very special to her heart. She worked in other capacities as a social worker, and knows that she was able to make a difference.

Jenni joined Building Trust knowing it was the perfect blend of her business, retail, and social work experiences – and she is still able to make a difference and personal connections to our clients.

Jenni was born and raised in Kent, Ohio, and has lived in Richland County since 1988. She has been married to Brian for over 40 years and they have 2 daughters, both grown & married. She loves football and the Cleveland Browns, however recent developments severely challenged this devoted fan.

She is happiest when she is making things. She learned to sew when she was 9 and has made several wedding dresses, all types of clothing, furniture slipcovers, and almost everything in between. She also dabbles in calligraphy, jewelry making, and almost anything crafty.

When not at work or crafting, Jenni and her husband love to be outside. They have a goal to hike all of Ohio’s State Parks at least once. She recently took up long bow archery and is learning fly-fishing.
